In regards to lithium cells and batteries, that depends on a lot of factors such as has the product been successfully tested to the UN 38.3 requirements, are you shipping by ground, air, or vessel (boat), what is the amp-hour rating (rechargeable) or lithium metal content (non-rechargeable) of the cells and batteries in question, and how many of these are in the shipment.
